so ive been eating badly (really badly) and not working out because of my back injury. BUT tomorrow is june 1st, this means new month, so its time. i know i cant really workout yet. ill try to daily go for 30 minute walks & do an small arm workout with my really light dumbbells at first. i have to start somewhere. i cant just sit around, its killing me.
this month will be (super) clean eating. as soon as i get well again i will hit the gym and get a proper workout plan together! so looking forward to that
btw its my birthday on sunday, gonna be 22 and next week ill be moving out for the first time! so excited yay
thank you! <333
yes i eat it and yes its healthy :)
i feel really bad, but i cant really give you advice in this matter because im just starting myself with all that muscle gaining and not fat. just research google and try to find anwers from bodybuilding.com forums. i have no experience with this yet and im still learning myself
19 & 13.5 in . my calves are huge lol, faaaaaaaar from perfect, but thankyou sweetie <3
yes, but why didnt i see it as a problem was because i lost 0.5 kg per week, never more. and thats a healthy weightloss.
1300 and 400-500, oh noones perfect, but thank you <3
i weigh myself usually in the morning if i do, but i dont even do it everyday, just because i know its affected by so many things and no point getting upset over it. you shouldnt do <3 just stick to a certain time of the day and do it once not every 5 minutes, haha
workout plan seems really good! you should keep track of your intake and eat healthy and as clean as possible (no junk, candies for sure)
dont set a 2 month goal -if it happens it does, but if not then you are already doing something good for your body in a long run. i cant tell you if its possible or not, but i do believe if you really want something in life you can have it, you just have to REALLY want it.
i did them in a sportscenter so i dont have a url, sorry :(
most definelty! :)
if you want to maintain your weight, then yes. if you want to lose weight then you need to have a deficit
well are you eating in deficit? its really important to keep track of your intake and outtake. its science kinda- if you eat at deficit you will lose weight! thats just the way it works. :)
well yes and no. i still eat the same things daily that i did then, but now that is summer i have an icecream somedays and you know, im not that strict right now. i can eat so much more now that im maintaing. ill be starting fresh when my back heals with my diet and excersise, i cant wait to be back on track with everything
thank youuu :) are you eating that clean? maybe you should switch up your workout routine? i just answered a question tho what i did to lose the weight, so check it out ;)
everybodys body is different and what worked for me might not work for you, but what will definently work for everyone is not eating crap! i basicly did not eat any junkfood, candies, chocolate, cakes etc. for 4 months, not even a bite.
my menu was all about veggies, low at/fatfree dairy, fruits, healthy fats(oliveoil, nuts), lean protein (chicken breast, tuna, salmon), postworkout i had a proteinshake and i drank only water and green tea. i consumed about 1300 kcal a day.
i worked out 6 days out of 7 mostly. did bodypump, bodyattack and pilates. before every group workout i ran for 30 minutes on threadmill, somedays i also did HIIT on threadmill.
no i did not have one back then
well i had a gym membership were i attented groupworkouts like bodypump, bodyattack and pilates. i ran on a threadmill aswell for 30 minutes before every workout. that i did like till the end of march and then it got warmer and i started going running outdoors (7 km) and did some weights at home.
january - april 2012, so 4 months basicly
no way! i got mine with the weightloss, i had huge thighs all my life and was sure that its genetics, that i cant get a thigh cap. well guess what if you really want something everything is possible.
yes, because my bodys fat storage is all in my lower body- thats the last place to go and the first to come back. ive always been small from my upperbody and now that i lost weight its skinnier, i never did any arms or anyother upperbody workout but i recommend doing some for you if you keep going with weightloss.
you dont need to lose anymore if you are happy, just add in arms , shoulders, back weight lifting workouts to get more your body more proportional. for legs/ass do lunges, squats, deadlifts (higher reps, lighter weights) to get them toned , but as cardio be sure to do 2-3 times a week HIIT to slim them down. running is also good. stretch ( legs especially) after workouts.
well atleast thats what i did, hope i helped, hehe
running and stretching afterwards! i stretched each leg muscle (quads, inner thigs etc) for a minute and this slimmed them more down but gave a little muscle tone without bulking
well currently being a couch potato because of my back so 1400. but on a normal day 1600 and if i workout then 1800-1900 depending on how much i burn
when i was losing weight i ate 1300
yes, milk is good for you. if it fits in you daily intake its okay! regular milk has saturated fats in it which arent that good for weightloss
aww thank you <3
estonia
no sorry! i tried it but i had to custom food everything except fruits and veggies and it took too much time :( i still track my calories, but with a site that has most of the foods that are available where i live
i havent really had a proper training week since.. end of april. i know bad. i’ll tell you all about my workout next week when im back training. ill have a fitness plan by then for sure. currently im being a couch potato and hoping my back will be all healed for next week
and yes, i think i still have cellulite, need to hit some heavy squat weight maybe it will reduce a bit, haha
