Breakfast : 2 x curd snack - one blueberry flavored, one hazelnut flavored, 1 hardboiled egg

Lunch: whole wheat tortilla with grilled pork, fresh salat and feta cheese

Dinner: pilaf , schnitzel, whole wheat bread with chicken ham

Snacks: an original size Boost Juicebar smoothie- Apple pie, strawberries, cherries

Post workout: protein shake

about 2100 cals and a lot of fats today, but i couldnt say no to my dinner -mom brought homemade food <3
