big motivation!!! but I'm wondering that maybe you can write your eating habits..what you eat, what you don't eat.. like for breakfast, lunch, dinner?! xx
Foods i eat:
Meal plan for a perfect day:
breakfast: oatmeal, 2 hardboiled eggs, wholegrain bread with ham or peanutbutter
lunch: brown rice or whole wheat pasta with lean protein (chicken, tuna, cottage cheese) fresh salad or vegetables on the side.
dinner: fresh salad or vegetables and lean protein source (chicken,tuna, cottage cheese)
snacks: fruits, protein shake, quark, cottage cheese, nuts
i dont eat this clean anymore, but i still try, but just cheat on somedays
