asker big motivation!!! but I'm wondering that maybe you can write your eating habits..what you eat, what you don't eat.. like for breakfast, lunch, dinner?! xx
Foods i eat: 
  • lean protein (chicken, tuna)
  • fatfree/low fat dairy (cottage cheese, curd, yogurt)
  • healthy fats (almonds, walnuts, oliveoil, peanutbutter)
  • wholegrain products (oats, bread, rice, pasta)
  • fresh vegetables and fruits
  • suppliments- multivitamins, proteinpowder
Meal plan for a perfect day:

breakfast: oatmeal, 2  hardboiled eggs, wholegrain bread with ham or peanutbutter

lunch: brown rice or whole wheat pasta with lean protein (chicken, tuna, cottage cheese) fresh salad or vegetables on the side.  

dinner: fresh salad or  vegetables and lean protein source (chicken,tuna, cottage cheese)

snacks: fruits, protein shake, quark, cottage cheese, nuts

i dont eat this clean anymore, but i still try, but just cheat on somedays

asker Hi, I'm trying to lose weight and I'd like to know what exercises are best to lose weight and tonify my stomach and thighs! I love your blog! :) x

to lose weight the best to start with is cardio in my opinion and later on you can add in weight exercises to get more lean/toned. a lot is due to eating habits. remember , you cant out train a bad diet! if you eat like sh*t, you feel like sh*t and won’t see a difference really. results will come easier/faster if you just cut out the junk and workout regulary ! good luck <3

asker I was wondering if you did weighted squats? Like with the bar and everything? I was going to start doing them but i only have dumbbells so i was wondering if i would get the same effect.

yes i do weighted squats with a bar. well you can do bodyweight squats and with dumbbells, but you cant really go high/heavy weight with dumbbells its easier to please the weight on your shoulders than hold it in your arms. for a toning effect you can do with dumbbells or even just bodyweight.

asker what's your average heart rate when you run? and at wheat speed do you usually run?

heart rate 150-170 and speed 8.5 on my treadmill if that helps lol (i think all treadmills are different tho)

asker I'm the same anon who asked about bmr! I burn 400 calories by working out every day and my bmr is 1382, so again?

why you guys so lazy, lol !? 1382 + daily activities + 400 (working out) = …  depends on what you are doing add up like 200-300 cals, if you for example walk alot then you burn more etc. so that makes about 1900-2000 kcal - 500  (for weightloss) = 1500 kcal. :) hope this helped xx

asker So, if my BMR is 1380 and I burn 400 calories everyday, should I eat 1780 calories or..? Idk they say Subtract 500 every day to lose 1 pound aweek

do you burn 400 with 1) working out or 2) daily activities?

if the 1st then you burn extra with just going to school/work, reading a book, going to the mall, watching tv etc. that all adds up burned calories so like its 1380 (just being alive)+ daily activities + workout= burned calories and then you substract 500 and eat that amount to lose weight :) but never less than 1200!

asker could you share what workout schedule you followed when you were losing weight? and what are some basic things to keep in mind when making a meal plan?

sure thing,

i worked out 6 days a week. i went to group workouts like bodypump, bodyattack and pilates. i ran before every group workout for 30 min on the threadmill

well the basic things are fruits and vegetables, lean protein, healthy fats and whole wheat, lots of water and green tea. when i was losing weight i didnt have any junk food or processed food at all

hey and thank you <3 they are nike free run 3.0 in turqouise and bright/neon pink. you can get them in a lot of colors  tho!
